Hi,

I have seen! the possibility of using word documents in emails. They are part of the email body.

They are not attached and they are well formatted (tabs, spaces a.o)

We do not solve to get them here out like that.

It's a great opportunity, very representative and easy to use.

Does anyone know what the problem might be ? [-o<

    You have to use the mailmerge option in word instead of linking the wordfile to an email.

    This is also the way Navision uses in the Outlook integration with Interaction Mgt.

    you have a setting in the segment header saying whether you attached or not the doc in the Email. If not the word doc become the body of the mail.

    And you need to use Word XP or later. Word 2000 only supports plain-test mailmerge.
