Database Creation failed

Hi all,
I have problem when I want to create new database in NAV 2009 R2 B33959. When I go to File->Database->New and I enter my server name and windows authentication and then I click ok, the New Database window open and then when I enter database name I got error: The User Id and password are invalid. try again.
Does anyone knows hot to solve this problem?
