Danish IOIUBL validation error InvoicePeriod

I have downscaled the objects from "PS53491_DK OIOUBL Electronic Invoices" to a NAV4SP3.
But during OIOUBL 2.02 validation test, the created e-Invoice failed with the following error:
"The 'urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:CommonAggregateComponents-2:InvoicePeriod' element is not declared"
And so did the Nav2013 exported e-Invoice as well.
That was expected because the tag InvoicePeriod is not supported by the "PS53491" objects. But should it have been? And if it should, how should it be declared?
(have unsuccessful tried a lot of options… ](*,) ). Or why does the validation fail the NAV e-Invoice format?

Hmmm The Danish government's digitalization board had changed the schema on the 15'th of sept. but did not find that worth mentioning on the validation site...
By former standard the document validated just fine... :?
