"Appl. To Item Entry" for Transfers

I would like to transfer an item stock from one location to another. This Lot contains different types of inventory increases like output, positive adjustment etc. So I want to identify from stock belongs to which inventory increase in the same lot, I am transferring the stock. This information I want to pass in item journal during posting to do some customization. I couldnt find a field like "Appl. To Item Entry" in Transfer Line. But in Tracking Specification form it is there. but its not saving the value entered.

Any default way exist for linking to ILE, or i have to do a work around :?:
