  Cycle counts are not available on a business essentials licence. (We do have an addon on our website to provide advanced cycle counting for business essentials - see website address below).
  
  To use the stock take functionality - just run form 392 - phys invty journal - it should be on your warehousing menu.
  On the journal use the function button to run calcualte inventory - online help should give you all you need to know from here.

  Wouldn't it be easier to rename the "NAV 2009" forum to "NAV RTC" forum so you don't have to keep moving all the posts?
