Hi,

The Create Item option does not appear on my Navigation Pane Designer when I right-click on the menu.

Does anyone have an idea please?

Regards,

Bea.

Client wants to add a new customised report to the Financial Management menu under Receivables --> Reports.

    He didi the following:

    1. Tools > Navigation Pane Designer.

    2. He right cliked on the menu under Receivables > Reports.

    3. The menu option Create Item does not appear.

    Hope this clarifies your query.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Regards,

    Bea.

The report ID is already in the license range.

    What could be other reasons?

Does the client need to have Solution Developer license necessarily for that Create Item option to appear?

    Thanks and Regards

Open the Object Designer, point to MenuSuite, and click on the ID 90 Company, then Design it, and do the menu customisation.

Maybe it is worth to try to delete the user zup file.

    Even that we did.

I think we require Solution Developer license for that, is it?

I don't think so. I've validate it by myself, using non-solution developer license in NAV 5 SP1, and it worked.

There are two kind of permission about menusuite:

    9070 basic
    9075 advanced

Maybe you need the system 9075 permission in your roles

I found the permissions you were talking about.

But since I am a SUPER user, I should be having access to all functionalities.

And I cannot modify permissions of a SUPER user.

    Please advise.

    Bea.
