Hi Guys
I am trying to create transfer orders via the planning worksheet, WITHOUT unsing SKUs. I have setup the component location in the manufacturing setup. But it does not seem to create Transfer Orders.

I tried it with SKUs and it is doing it just fine.

Has somebody an idea? That would be just great

Without modifications, SKUs is the only way to do this. The SKU allows you to specify another location as the source.

I agree. Without SKU's, you would have to create functionality that takes locations into account and program logic to be smart about it. SKU already has all of that in the standard objects, so that would be your safest way to go.
