Arabic captions for report

when i select captionML property language as arabic (ARA) for a text constant and enter captionML data using arabic keyboard - then NAV is not storing the value that i enter. Its taking something else.
What should be done for this.
Please help.
[Currently i have created a table and stored the arabic captions as data in the table and i am using this data as captions in my report]
