Export XMLFile Issue - Export data into Chinese Character

Hello friends
I have Create XMLPort which first export the XML file and when XMLFile is exported system will upload that file to FTP and delete from local directory. When we open that XMLFile on notepad it having Chinese Character as per attached image file.
