My guess it's step 2, after you are suppose to load the new 4.0 objects that are merged. She probably just loaded the merged objects and not all the 4.0 objects.

You guys are wrong. I did exactly step by step. Compiled the objects in 3.6, did backup. Suxessfully did the Step1 SP1 and than did the SP2, run and when I try to Transfer Data that error comes.
Yes, that what I did. I find that it was faster for me to upgrade this way instead of using merge tools. Debugging using merge tool is painful, for me at least.

If so, which step are you on that's giving you the error?

We've done upgrades from 2.01 (long story), 2.6, 3.6, 3.7 to 4.0 and did not encounter any problems when following the instructions from the toolkit.
You might also want to check whether the modifications in your old database is cause the errors for you.

Have you opened the object designer and looked for table 5199?
If its not then try importing just that table from the 4.0 object set.
If you get anymore errors than you know theres a bigger problem along the way. I would say missing step but you seems convinced you've followed it.
I think I did skip one step. I am trying to do compare and merge process.
I did all steps up to "delete objects of Upgrade 4.0 step.
Which file should I use for comparing and merging? Do I use objects from 3.6 navision ( txt export) or ???
Please if you can help, let me know.
If you can tell me exactly what it says I'm sure I could help.
The most important thing is the table objects. For your error, all the other objects are not important.
Personally, I compared object to object and manually copy and paste the modifications over instead of using the merge tools.
This makes it easier for me to identify which mod should be brought over and which should be left alone.
