The difference is a lot of bugs are fixed, costing has been improved. sql index issue has been fixed. there was an issue with reporting in SP2 that fixed in an update. MS releases a document if you want to know the details.

About $10,000 dollars would be my guess, that is about what it would take to have NSC upgrade current Navision 4.0 database to 4.0 sp2. Seems every program change in the system has to be checked to see how it needs to be upgraded, each one cost money. Cost me $500 just to get a hotfix for a bank reconciliation know bug that was fixed in SP1 applied to my non SP1 4.0 database. So , much for the enhancement program, gives you the right to the new code, just doesn't actually get it in your database without paying your solution center an arm and leg.
