Hi,
I've manually set up a user "report" with datareader access on Navision database in SQL2000. Time to time this user gets removed from this database "logins" and after that looses all access.
Question: does Navision have some internal cleanup routine to remove all users which are not assigned using Navision UI? Maybe this routine ir part of Database optimization or some other procedure ?
All other databases in same SQL server keep login information without changing, only Navision database is "loosing" manually assigned users. (users assigned in Navision UI are not impacted).

thanks

Try and add the user through SQL Managment Studio and then synchronize the roles through Navision. I think the user will be removed from the Database.
