Dear All,

I use NAV 2009 R2 Build 33319 with 3-tier architecture.
I made report with paper size 21.5cm x 14cm. I set it on default printer and layout report.
When I print preview the report in RTC, the result is portrait, but when print it, the result is landscape.
This is not happen when I am not use layout.
How to make the result is portrait when print this report with layout? Thank you.

Check the page setup in the RDLC designer. Are there correct settings?

Check this blog

Page width should be less than 21cm

Yes. If you look a the height and width you can see, that you have set them for landscape (width > height).

Dear Kine,

I don't mean rotated nor swap the width with the height.
I use width 21.5cm and height 14cm like only using behalf of legal paper size.

But this is landscape. If you want portrait, you need to use width=14cm and height=21,5cm … ;-)

How the report is printed is unfortunately depent on the scenario the report is printed.

Make sure to check the online help which explains what you can expect.
