anyone knows where to find/ set/ edit show as column list in form 554 Analysis By Dimension?
Previously:
I could see >> Division, G/L Account, Period, Salesperson, Staff
after i created a new Account Schedule Name(previously was taken from analysis view),
it shows only>> Department, G/L Account, Period, Staff

The Columns depend on your Analysis View and what dimensions are assigned as that view. You will always get Business Unit, G/L Account and Period. What else you see will be the dimensions (up to 4) assigned to the Analysis View. If you created an Account Schedule that you want specific columns for, then it will depend on the Analysis View assigned by default to that Account Schedule in the Account Schedule Names.

thanks for pointing out, i check the analysis view card that is attached to my account schedule table, unfortunately all dimensions view are set already yet i am still unable to see the dimension code

Are looking at the Analysis by Dimensions, the Account Schedule or on the Account Schedule Overview?
