If i have same goods in (for example) two Inventory Locations - "A', and "B".
Can i set up for one customer, when i make SalesOrder, goods will be pick up (by default) from Location "A", and for others customers by defaulty from Location "B"?

There is a field on Customer card called "Location Code". Populate it and when sales order is created, it will default to this location.

Ok, but if i don't need all items from this location for one customer, but only some and the rest from other location?
It's possible by default?
Maybe in Item Location Management>Increase Inventory priority?

You need to create a new table called Customer Item Location. Populate it with data and then modify sales line to default to the location based on this new table.
