This is the second time I noticed that users can't login because all user logins are used. But when I look at the session form and count the open sessions it doesn't add up?
For example the customer has a license for 9 users but only 7 sessions are counted.

Both customers did an executable upgrade only. It's the Classic client, server. Anyone noticed this too?

SQL or Native DB? How you are checking the "correct" license limit?

Ok, and you are taking the Max count from the dialog too? Because there you can see User session limit + NAS session limit. It means that if there is 7, it could mean 5 users and 2 NASes.

Yes, the max count is 10
This means 9 user who can login. But only 7 can login.

This topic: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=52695 seams to be related although the screenshots do not help.
