Insert Record in Table 2000000074 - Profile Metadata

I just want to know when can I insert a record in Profile Metadata table..

I did some modification in RTC and it is inserting in User Metadata table which is correct..
But how can i insert record in Profile Metadata table?

So you want to make customizations which are available for an entire profile, not just a signle user?

This can be achieved by starting NAV in configuration mode [-configure -profile:<Profile name>] then all your customization will be stored in the profile

Can we create multiple Profile Metadata lines for single Profile and assign for different users?

If your customization should be applied per user, i think best would be to configure some "template" users, and then copy all records in user personalization from that user to the other users, or simply create more profiles
