i try to call web service in Microsoft visual studio .net but i got an error

Than you need to lear about them. Just read the documentation for how to install the service tier on different computer than SQL (MSDN, my blog etc.).

You have to add /Page/WEBSERVICENAME to the path!

Underline is wrong. Since NAV2009 SP1 you need to use %20 which is the correct uri encoding for a space
