Archive Blanket Purchase Order Autometically

Hi Experts,

Is there any way in Navision to archive Blanket Purchase Order, automatically ?? In Navision it is done for Purchase Order(through activating Archive Quotes and Order checkbox in Purchase & Payables setup) not for Blanket Purchase Order But I want same feature for Blanket Purchase Order.

You need to customize it same as Order

1. If you have added any newfield with User Id and updated this field each time you insert a new record then you can find the user id from here.
2. If you have activated change log then you can get the info from here also..

Then you have UserID SA with Insertion type for table 36...isn't it what you are expecting?

tracking... for example
DOC001 was made by USER A
DOC002 was made by USER B
something like that
does standard NAV have that?

Restart your classic client and try...it has to be created like this

Yes, you should have granule 3080 - General Ledger - Change Log
