Is it possible to update the blog layout so more words can be displayed per line? In fact, it'd be much better if column can shift dynamically when the browser screen size instead a predefined column width.

It will depend on the choosen layout. If you find some layout for Wordpress elsewhere, I would be happy to add that template to the list.

Dang... I was hoping you had one... I haven't found one yet that has a dynamic column. But I haven't searched very hard either...

Yep, that's where I went to do the searching. None of them came back with anything good though. I think the problem is with the sidebars and widgets... :(
