Me again

we are in the middle of setting up the mobile sales application for a Belgian firm.
Everything worked out quite fine but we are suffering an issue we can't resolve (neither does Microsoft atm)

From the mobileserver management tool we just can't connect to the DocumentManager.
It says:
The underlying provider failed on Open.

In the eventvwr i have 3 records:
1:
Mobile Server Management Service The underlying provider failed on Open.
2:
Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITYNETWORK SERVICE'. [CLIENT: <local machine>]
3:
Document Service
A TCP error (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions) occurred while listening on IP Endpoint=0.0.0.0:80.

Config:
Dynamics 5 SP1
Server 2008
SQL 2005
IIS 7.0

Hi,

Check:
1. Does IIS accept http/or https?
2. Does SQL server accept tcp?
3. Does Mobile management db has users which want to connect?
4. If you are using NAS, does NAS service user has permissions to connect to NAV?
