 Post subject: How to upgrade Entrepreneur db to NAV db

My customer is using Entrepreneur. They have a NAV license and are allowed to use more of NAV but how? Some objects are related to ENT and they are missing some NAV objects (replaced by ENT objects)

Is there a upgrade script available?
