Installing Demo version of NAV 2015 on Windows 10

I'm trying to install NAV 2015 on a desktop that has NAV 2013 R2 installed; I want both versions for client testing. But when I try to install NAV 2015 Demo, it completes with a log, and the log shows everything rolled back. How do I get this to install?
