Dynamics NAV 2015 Web Client Missing png's

Hello, I have been troubleshooting this for a little bit here and cannot figure out the issue. I have installed Dynamics NAV 2015 Web Client, but the png's are not loading at all, but the web client is fully functional. The web font's are loading, like the little + symbol next to the "New" button. It is literally every png on the entire web application.
There is no "ExtractedResources" folder in the Web Client folder, so I am not sure at all what I am missing. ](*,)
