Clearing Report request page

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with a report request page(NAV 2013): each time I run it (Action with RunObject property filled with the report ID), I get the previous values in the request filter fields I assigned for my item.
I checked the SaveValues property, it is set to No.
How can I get a "clean" request page?

please check whether there is any code in OnOpenPage trigger of request page.
