VS 2013 RDLC - Repeat Detail-Header on new Page

Hi everybody,
i have a simple report with the following structure:
In my report i want to repeat the headlines of each dataitem on every new page.
The Reporty Layout and configuration is attached as an image:
While the repeating header works for the first DataItem A (green), it wont work for the second DataItem B (red).
The header for the DataItem B is only displayed once, after each Dataitem A record.
Any ideas how to fix that?

I wrote a blog about this issue:

My blog is about VS 2010 and the specific issue I talk about in the blog has been resolved in VS 2012/2013.
But unfortunately we can still get orphan static rows created when we delete the column with the vertical textbox which VS creates every time we create a new group.
