Recurring Journal Voucher narration

Hi All,
In recurring general journal form , I have a document No. having %4 value which converts the document into month name while posting.But document no. in Voucher narration table is not converting %4 into month name. I am using Nav 2009 R2.
Please suggest how %4 gets converted into month name. I need to convert it for Voucher narration table also. voucher narration is customized table.
