The 'Find' button on ListPart

Hi All,
I created the new RoleCenter for specific users, just a problem is the button 'Find' on the ListPart inside the RoleCenter is not working (it doesnt pop up the the window to enter)
I referred to the standard one (page 9019) but there not much different (maybe I miss out something).
There is an attached pic so easy to explain what I want
