Compilation Errors during Import Process

Hello,

I am trying to import some objects (some new, some customised) into a customer test database (2013 R2), but I am getting compilation errors in the vein of "Variable [field] not defined" and "Tabledata [500XX] does not exist"

This is clearly because NAV is compiling each object one after the other during the import process.
I can't imagine why this is the case, it seems to me like a terrible idea, but I can't import these objects as a result.

Is there a workaround of any kind, such as disabling this automatic compiling? (I must use a .fob file, the customer test database does not have permission to import text files).

Thank you

    Hi ,

You are importing an XMLport that is reffering to an object that is not there.

either you are not importing the modified object or you are doing it in wrong order.

Importing the tables first , will do the trick.
