Inventory valuation report issue

hi all,

i have no idea about what's going on. the scenario is like this:

user1 is logged on windows as DOMAIN\user1. the user starts NAV RTC 2013 (not R2). the user showed in the status bar is DOMAIN\Administrator :?: then the user print a preview of Inventory valuation report without filters except dates, and the user showed in the upper right corner is DOMAIN\user1 :?: :?: the report shows data as expected.

now, user2 is logged on windows as DOMAIN\user2. the user starts NAV RTC 2013 (not R2). the user showed in the status bar is DOMAIN\Administrator, again :?: after starting the user print a preview of Inventory valuation report without filters except dates, and the user showed in the upper right corner is DOMAIN\user2. well, works in the same way as for user1. the report shows the item list with NO data, which is totally unexpected.

this morning we found that a user3 works like user2, he get the item list without data when previewing Inventory valuation report. the report is standard, and users have SUPER role.

someone could bring some light on this please?

seems to be some kind of bug in the version (NAV 7.0). using user2, when we preview Inventory valuation the report shows NO data, but if we print and save the report in xps (i.e.), the report shows data... strange...

any ideas?
