"nothing to handle" when create pick from assembly order

Dear all
I got this error message " nothing to handle", when I create pick from assembly order. I use directed pick and put away location, and in assembly order lines I use bin code with put away type (I read from online help that location code from assembly order lines is the place where the component is consumed, and the bin type must be put away.) there is no detail information in manual training, also in online help it just mentioned like that. I tried using another setup for location (require pick, with no bin), and also location with no bin and no require, but still got the same error message. Please give me any suggestion or idea what setup should i do for successfully create pick. thank you very much

On Location card "Require Pick" and "Require Shipment" have to be on.
And there must be enough items on stock for that Location. Then you must be able to create a pick.

I use Location White in Cronus database. this location has require pick and require ship.
I also have enough stock. So What setup is missed? ](*,)
I succesfully created a pick on an assembly order in a test-database today.
Which items did you use in CRONUS?

I use Item 1968-W. Yes i use White location in Assembly order lines, bin W-05-0002.
in assembly order header i use Blue Location.
What item and bin code did you use? maybe i could just follow your testing method.

I already chage the location in assembly order header from blue to white and still got the same error message ](*,) .

at first I thought location code in assembly line is the location where the component will be picked. so I make whse item journal to increase stock level for item component in white location bin W-05-0002 (bin type: put away).
it is totally wrong because when create pick the result is "take" from another bin (bin tye putpick), and place at bin W-05-0002.
and when post assembly order the finished goods is placed at bin W-05-0001 location white (taken from location code and bin code in assembly order header)
