Query permissions

We have rolled out NAV 2013 R2 and have a user getting a permission error on a query (You do not have execute permission on Query Cust. Ledg. Entry Remain. Amt.). According to MSDN, we should be able to set up a permission (under a permission set) for the Query Object type. We don't have that object type listed to select from. Has anyone encountered this?

    I've encountered this.
Solution I made was quick and dirty. I copied the query to the 50000-range and modified the existing objects in which the query was used.
I didn't have time, or wanted to use my time, to contact microsoft for a new license. I think it's a license problem.

It looks like this was an issue in the north American release. It's likely been resolved as we started this upgrade on cumulative update 5 (we're on update 9 for the platform, but did not upgrade the application objects). The OptionString for the object type field in the Permission table had Query listed, but the ML captions were missing it.

    Ok. Good to know.
By now it's probably already solved in the Dutch release. :)
