NAV 2013R2 Web Server Components

Hi,

I'm trying to install the NAV 2013 R2 Web Server components but keep running into fatal error during installation.
Server is a Virtual Server 2012 R2 with SQL 2012 and NAV 2013 R2 installed.
IIS version is 8.5 and all necessary features for iis are installed.

here is the detailed log of the installer.
Has anyone seen this before and has an idea how to solve this error?

    Hi joostballiet,

    It seems like Windows Powershell 3.0 is not installed.

    Pjotr,

    NAV itself installed without a problem, so if it was powershell NAV wouldn't install as well.
    Server 2012 R2 has powershell 4.0 installed so that can't be the issue

    If you read the error log it says clearly

    and after that

    I had to install NAV 2013 R2 on Windows Server 2012 R2, and you do need to install powesrhell 3 and .NET 3.5 and 2.0.
    Otherwise the instillation will not work. Also Windows Search Service will need to be activated.
    I know that Microsoft in the installation guide says that only .NET4 is needed but it is not true.
