I assume you have Linux at workstation and terminal server is on Windows where RTC has been installed.

Once you are logged into Remote Desktop then Linux has nothing to do. You will be virtually on Windows platform and can use NAV without any problem. I have clients running NAV on IPhone/IPad thru remote desktop application.
