Why is hidden column still shown visible in Customize Page?

Did you ever notice this?
When you dynamically hide a column like described in various post to be found here or here the column will indeed be hidden, but if you have a look at the Choose colums section on Customize This Page the column will be shown in the list of visible columns. And when you select the column name the Remove button is disabled.
Wouldn't it have been more logic that it was moved to the left in the list of available columns and disable the Add button?

I think would depend on what you obtain when you dynamic hide the column.
    In other words:
Column must be visible -> on right and you couldn't remove it
Coumn mustn't be visible -> on left and you couldn't add it

    In my humble opinion.

True, but as an end-user I think it's strange to see the column shown on the right, but you do not see it on the page.

(maybe I didn't got it right)

You're right, in fact I thought that if column isn't shown on the page, I'd expect to find it on the left and I could not add it.
    I propose 2 cases...
Column must be visible -> on right and you couldn't remove it
Coumn mustn't be visible -> on left and you couldn't add it

It might be illogical for the end-user. But I think it makes sense from a developer pov.
If its not visible and it's in the visible column, then you have a perfect check for enabling/disabling the remove button without creating extra variables and creating more overhead. I think the logical way would have a greater impact.
And really, if users are complaining (not asking) about this, then they just are looking for reasons to piss off the helpdesk.
