I cannot find the ClientUserSettings.config file for the RTC. Can someone tell me where this is located on a WIndows 7 machine?

You can override default value with the -settings

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\71\RoleTailored Client\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe" -settings:C:\Configfiles\NAV710.config

A quick way to find it on a Windows system is to start by typing: %APPDATA% in the address bar of Windows Explorer. From there as other have listed, navigate to Microsoft > Microsoft Dynamics NAV > (NAV Version) eg. 71
