Hi, I'm pretty new in the CRM world and our customer is looking for the most practical way for the following:
a sales rep needs to have the sales administration send a hardcopy brochure to the customer. What is the typical CRM way for the sales rep to record that request in CRM to make sure that it shows in the task list for the sales admin department?
