Hi,
To use MS Dynamics Connector, you should upgrade NAV to R2, otherwise you have to use some thirdparty Connectors such SCRIBE

I have a NAV 2009 SP1 installation: in order to use Microsoft CRM Connector is enough to do a technical upgrade to R2 or are required any objects from native R2 standard db?

Thanks

It should full upgrade, as executives files as NAV Objects from Standard Database

Cheers,

Thanks, we'll provide a merge between R2 original objects and our SP1 standard customized ones.

Regards
Daniele
