is there a way to export navigation pane menu to excel?

Maybe you can try this download:

I've used it few years ago, to have the menuitems in the database. Once it's in the DB, it is easy to export...

You can use it, as it's described in the download section: import the objects, export your menusuites as txt, use the import functionality on form 89140.
