How I can set a default value in a field?
for example the client tab always the same default storage

Did you try InitValue property of field in table?

I clearly mentioned the it is a field property called InitValue in table..

Add the vaue which you want in that field and try..
and this will work for future inserting records only not for exisitng records..

To elaborate, a default value can be assigned to any field on the table level.
To do this the initvalue property of a field has to be defined.
or shorter:
Have you tried initvalue on table?

You are not speaking about the "Location code" field in the Customer card, are you?
