Hi
I have a sales order, shipment posted and no invoice posted yet.
I would like to create a return order (incorrect article number send). How to deal exactly?
then i would like to adapt the sales order with correct article number, pick, and send and invoice .

You can do Undo Shipment from Posted Shipment functions form..

create new order and post with correct values..
