Cannot drop the application role

When a customer uses Tools, extra, synchronize all logins, Navision returns an error:
“Cannot drop the application role, you have insufficient rights or the application role does not exist”

Navision 4.01
SQL version

What can I do to resolve this issue?

    You must have admin rights or rights for changing permissions on the database to run this functionality (must be set on SQL). I advise to upgrade to klient NAV 4.03 to use Normal security mode and you do not need to syc anymore...
