Allen,

Onze klant wil een veld toevoegen in het verkooporderregelscherm ('Kolommen kiezen'), echter NAV wordt dan direct afgesloten...

Melding 'Microsoft Dynamics NAV has stopped working'

Ook als de klant probeert om een gefilterde selectie op te slaan in een willekeurig overzichtscherm ('Weergave opslaan als') wordt NAV direct afgesloten!

We hebben onlangs de laatste hotfix geinstalleerd, echter zonder positief resultaat!!

Heeft iemand een oplossing(richting) voor dit probleem?

Dit lijkt me een probleem te zijn die versie-gerelateerd is.
U consulteerd best de KnowledgeBase van Microsoft voor uw versie van NAV.

De installatie van de laatste hotfix zal geen soelaas brengen indien dit niet dit specifiek probleem adresseerd.

Probleem gevonden!

Iemand heeft separators gebruikt in de HomeItems sectie van het rolcentrum, hierdoor ontstaat het probleem!?
