Are you talking about the standard "Prepayment" or about the "Advance Payment" from EastPack? Because these are not usable without modifications in Czech... ](*,)

The prepayment function in the US works pretty well, but there are a few bugs. I'm not sure, but I think the prepayment functionality is an US localization?

Prepayment is part of W1,but in Eastern Europe the "prepayments" have much wider functionality (or law enforced features), it is why they are called "Advance payments", because they have impact to VAT and many other specialities...
