At MASI, we focus on two software product lines - Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV (Navision) and AddonSoftware. We have been selling and supporting AddonSoftware since 1984 and Navision since 1995, and we have many clients in the retail, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and other inventory-intensive industries using each product.
We provide a wide range of NAV integrations, such as: Artifex, Avalara, Axenita, Baxter, BMI, Call Center, Chargelogic, Cost Control, Debt Collection, ExpandIT, Jet Reports, Lanham, Matriks, Pebblestone, Process 800, Rentals, and Time and Billing
We offer LS Retail and our MASI Retail Portal™ that integrates Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV with Microsoft Dynamics™ RMS.
MASI is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, annually award-winning since 1997. Microsoft says MASI "is" Navision in the Pacific Northwest.

MASI offers clients a broad range of services including planning, selecting, installing, implementing and operating an information management system; and most clients elect to use MASI for these full range of services to take care of their needs.
For virtually all clients, "pre-packaged" software omits some important functions needed in their company, either in transaction processing or desired reporting and analysis, resulting in a need for additional program development. This service is one of the most valuable offered by MASI, because it enables clients to take advantage of reasonably-priced packaged software for most business functions and still get the customized systems they need for optimum efficiency and profitability.

MASI has a philosophy of custom-fitting software to our client's needs, maximizing operating efficiency and profitability for our clients. We only sell software that can be customized. With both Navision and AddonSoftware, we (and the client, at their option) have complete source code availability, preventing the development of inefficient "islands" of information so common in most companies.
